Hospital Hermetic Door from TSTC Automatic Doors

TSTC TH100L is a professional hermetic sliding door (sunken/fully sealed) with X-ray protection /Radiation Protection function , specifically designed for CT room of hospital or clinic , Clean Room, Laboratory which needs high quality cleanness ,air tightness and x-ray protection .The door is in high pressure polyurethane foaming process which could reduce the weight of the door and improves the sound insulation, thermal insulation as well as heat preservation effects. 

Product Features :

1) Patent Guide Rail Transformation Technology . When the door is closed in place, the door leaf will move close to the door frame and the ground, then the sealing rubber assembled around the door leaf will seal completely with the door frame and the ground, to ensure the airtightness /hermetic of the door. 

2) Door Leaf Positioning Technology . Through the cooperation between the bottom interior concave rail and guide wheel,  when the door leaf move close to the ground, it will also move close to the door frame at the same time, and when the door leaf move away from the ground , it will also move away from the door frame at the same time. 

3) Radiation Protection /X-ray protection. TH100L could assemble the Lead Glass, Lead plate, and customize thickness of lead glass and lead board could be provided .

4) The supporting beam is made of high-strength aluminum alloy ,the whole structure is reasonable and reliable. The service life for the sliding door Operator is more than 1 million times. 

5) The door body of hermetic sliding door adopts rigid polyurethane integrated high-pressure foaming process, high-strength aluminum alloy frame and is formed by large platform of automatic lifting hydraulic equipment. 

6) The design of sealing rubber around the door leaf could meet the health requirements of the hospital perfectly. 

7) TSTC hermetic sliding door could be equipped with different operation methods, the standard part is the foot sensor switch, the medical personnel could only put their feet into the switch box, then  the door can be opened and closed automatically.  It can also be operated by contactless hand induction switch or key switch. 

8) The viewing window of the hermetic sliding door uses the double-sided frameless round corner glass , both normal and lead glass could be provided .
