Tips & Suggestions for Maintenance

▪ Regular Cleaning . Clean the door surfaces and canopy inside, to remove dirt, dust, and debris that may affect automatic doors' performance.

▪ Lubrication.  Apply lubricant to the frequently operated components, like motor, gearbox, driving wheels, belts, to reduce friction and wear, ensure the automatic doors' smooth operation .

▪ Sensor Inspection and Calibration. Check the alignment & sensitivity of the sensors/radars . Clean the lenses to ensure they are free from obstructions. If needed, calibrate the sensors to ensure accurate detection.

▪ Spare parts replacement ahead. To the important parts like sensors, we have to check them carefully, if they are in bad condition, strongly suggest to replace them before they are damaged, to avoid the accident maybe caused by them to make people badly collision or pinch .
