TSTC Revolving Doors Match to European Market with CE Standard
By end of last year, TSTC has passed CE testing of automatic revolving door series and being authorized with CE certificate in compliance with CE standard which is the strict safety standard in the world.
According to the directives, TSTC has added another special system for the door to monitor the current safety system. The point is when the safety sensor suppose to malfunction, also the door has trapped someone in danger condition simultaneously. At this moment how will the door react to protect pedestrian? The result is this extra special system offered by TSTC will come to work to monitor this safety sensor, the malfunction status of the sensor will be identified by the special system which will send the error signal to PLC, accordingly the safety relay will cut off all power supply to ensure emergency stop and avoid personal injury.

After CE testing, TSTC automatic doors has not only get the authorized certificate but also updated its products to a new level. Based on the design and craft of EN requirement, TSTC has confidence to perfect its products to match European market.
Note : The basic process of revolving door operation is as following. When detective radar of the revolving door detects the infrared source like pedestrian, the signal will be sent to the PLC /main control unit of the door. Then, the MCU(PLC) process the signal from the radar, and send the signal out from the corresponding ports, then the operation signal will be sent to the frequency converter and controls the output of alternating driving motor, and make the door revolve accordingly. At the same time, the safety transducer, safety switch, emergency stopping button and other safety devices will monitor the signal, and send the signal to the PLC designated ports, if any of them be triggered, PLC will send the braking signal to the frequency converter to make the motor stop immediately . After the person pass through the revolving door, the door will rotate 1 or 2 times according to the settings of the control software, and then stop rotating or switch to low-speed rotation mode. When another new person come near to the door, the door will be operated in a new cycle again.
