TS800-S ( Upgrade Automatic Telescopic Sliding Door Operator )

TS800-S is the upgrade telescopic sliding door Operator based on TS800 , which designed for the entrance area with big dimension, and sold better in automatic door market for about 10 years, especially in today's construction field in which the big main entrance is welcomed by more and more architect and even the end users . TS800-S is similar as KBB KS4000 , and had already installed in plenty of office buildings, chain supermarkets, hotels, shopping malls, bus stations in more than 30 countries .

1. Drive Unit

The drive unit including the Motor, Reducer and Transformer . The Motor could meet American and European standard .  Rated Power : 100W .  Maximum Drive Power : 150N .

Opening Speed Range : 0.4~0.7m/s .  Closing Speed Range : 0.3~0.6m/s .

2. Main Control Unit

32 digits Chip, operated faster . 

More input /output interfaces, easy function expansion. 

Module design . More reasonable structure, more stable  performance . Double motor supported .

3. Detective Sensor /Radar

Couple of excellent Radars/sensors with different shapes and functions could be provided .

Including BEA and OPTEX popular models .

4. Supporting Beam

The Supporting Rail was made of High strength Aluminum.

5mm thickness, more durable, and make the whole operator even the whole sliding door much more stronger and stable .

5. Nylon Durable Rail

Our Durable Rail was made of special nylon , compared with aluminum rail which widely used by other suppliers ,the nylon durable rail possess the unique advantages like the self lubricating, less noise and more wear resistance.

6. Carriage Wheel Unit / Hanger and Pulley

To TS800-R, the body of Carriage Wheel Unit was made of special steel, it's also galvanized which guarantee the long life.

The wheels was made of special synthetic material , more wear resistant. The whole unit could be adjustable.

7. The Control Panel

The Control Panel of TS800-R was adopted Module Design ,much easier to operate . Combination of normal operation ,maintenance and parameters setting . With this control panel, there is no need to open the Cover when setting the parameters or changing the running mode .

8. Electro Mechanical Lock ( Optional )

24V, Bi-static working mode, more stable. It could remain the same status before and after power failure, that means if the Electro-mechanical lock is the lock status before power failure, then it will keep lock status after power failure, and if is unlock status before power failure, then it will keep unlock after power failure.

9. Backup Battery ( Optional )

Continue working for at least 30 minutes when power failure, No limitation of operation .
